Southern Missouri Sound is proud to announce our first endorsee, 2011 Nashville's New Country Star, Matthew Huff.

Huff was awarded the 2011 George D. Hay Music Hall of Fame and Foundation Hoe-down Award. In July, Huff, featuring lead guitarist Darrin Johnson, got the honor of Nashville's New Country Star. You can find more about that at HERE.

Check out his website at matthewhuffmusic.com. Also be sure to sure to add him on Facebook.

You asked for it, you got it! We now are offering a brand new cable line featuring Switchcraft connectors. You can find more about our "American Voodoo" Series in the PRODUCTS section of the site. We use the same great cable that has been proven to be tour worthy. The new American Voodoo series is USA tip to tip.

And to match our current Black Magic series, the American Voodoo line has the same great lifetime warranty (if you would ever happen to need it).

Also, we will be on the road Nov. 26 in Waynesville, MO. This is at the "SHOW ME" BAZAAR" event. Feel free to come by the booth to check out our products and maybe take a few home!

FAQ

Are you the "middle-man" for cable?

Absolutely not! We buy our cable by the spools, connectors by the bulk, and other supplies as needed. We do have a select stock of cable that we have already assembled, but they are given the exact attention, and detail that we do for your custom orders. There are way too many configurations to stock everything, so we keep a few general, "standard", configurations in our inventory.

What is the deal with Oxygen Free Copper (OFC)?

This is where things get a little tricky. Our manufacturer tell us that our cable is OFC, so we pass on the word. However, we do base our prices, and hope of sales, on this statement alone. We have a couple of quick notes for you to pay attention to: Normal cables in this business are at least 99.90% oxygen free, the official "OFC" is 99.99% oxygen free. We highly doubly that 0.09% is going to make a difference in sound. To our ears we can hear no difference between them.
